• Anything you send us on WhatsApp or tell us on a phone call

• To explain the service you asked about and tell you what documents are needed
• If you are already a member, to give you service information about your account
• To keep records that the law or a regulator requires us to keep

We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers.

04Who we share it with

• AROKK staff and branch officers handling your enquiry
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there — those messages are also governed by WhatsApp's own policy
• A court, regulator or authority, where the law requires it

05How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to answer that enquiry. If you become a member, account records are kept for as long as the law requires.
